- Partner closely with UX lead, Product Manager, Engineering, other teams and peers, to solve complex user problems.
- Effectively document and communicate designs through the creation and maintenance of high-quality design mockups, flows, prototypes, and specs.
- Review implementation of designs to ensure all work is to spec.
- Aligning to Material spec, and to continue to grow product-specific components.
- Work closely with creative leads taking feedback and direction but also able to work independently on a given brief.
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.
Requirements
- Fluency with visual and interaction design tools: Sketch, Figma.
- Attention to detail.
- Passion for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Confident in process of concepting, iteration, and polished execution.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.
